Stephany - German: from the personal name Steven, a vernacular form of Latin Stephanus, Greek Stephanos ‘crown’. This was a popular name throughout Christendom in the Middle Ages, having been borne by the first Christian martyr, stoned to death at Jerusalem three years after the death of Christ. In English the variant spelling Stephen is almost equally common.
Timothy - English form, used in the Authorized Version of the Bible (alongside the Latin form Timotheus), of Greek Timotheos, composed of the elements time honour + theos god. This was the name of a companion of St Paul; according to tradition, he was stoned to death for denouncing the worship of Diana, but there is no historical evidence for this. Surprisingly, the name was not used in England at all before the Reformation. [Ancestry.com]

Travel
Countries Visited: England, Scotland, Wales, Sweden, Iceland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Canada
As I have been a fairly strong Anglophile, the best of it anyway, some of my favorite music to movies, kippers and Ginger Beer. British TV has always been a presence, with Doctor Who, Monty Python, The Prisoner, Fawlty Towers, Are You Being Served?, Upstairs Downstairs, and others. Yes, I even watched the House of Commons "Prime Minister's Questions" every week before Tony Blair left, and never miss a Wimbledon. Tally Ho!
However, I cannot ignore my even stronger passion for Scotland (and bagpipes), my romance for Wales, and of course of the wiles of Scandinavia, where my true spirit roams. Ireland I have never visited but hope to some day. Germany and Austria, Italy and Greece are other destinations I would love to visit.
